**Last verified:** 2026-04-07

* You must be on **System settings** > **Services**.

## Steps

1. Open the **Team members** dropdown on the **Services** page.
2. Select one or more team members.
3. Select **All team members** if you want to show all services assigned to any team member.
4. Select **Unassigned** if you want to show only services with no team member assignments.
5. Use the search box in the dropdown to find a team member by name.
6. Click **Clear all** if you want to remove the current selection.

## Important

* **All team members** and **Unassigned** are special options.
* Selecting **All team members** or **Unassigned** resets previously selected team member values.
* Selecting an individual team member after **All team members** or **Unassigned** resets that special selection.

## Role differences

* **Super Admin / Admin:** Can use the verified team member filter.
* **Other roles:** \[VERIFY: confirm whether any additional roles can use service filters.]

## What happens next

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://compassly.gitbook.io/compassly-docs/administration/system-settings/services/filter-services-by-team-member.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
