# Client Appointments

**Audience:** Super Admin, Admin, Supervisor, Clinician, Basic\

## Purpose

Use **Client appointments** to schedule, update, track, sign, export, and email appointment records for clients.

## Who uses it

* **Super Admin / Admin:** Can view, add, edit, change status, reschedule, unlock signed appointments, delete, email, export, clone, and download client appointments.
* **Supervisor:** Has the same client appointment permissions as Admin for standard appointment work.
* **Clinician:** Has the same client appointment permissions as Admin for standard appointment work.
* **Basic:** Can view appointment lists and details and can edit, change status, reschedule, unlock signed appointments, and delete existing appointments. Basic users cannot add new appointments, send email notifications, export PDFs, clone appointments, or download client appointments.

## What you can do here

* View and filter the appointment list.
* Add, edit, reschedule, clone, or delete appointments.
* Change appointment status.
* Open **Google Calendar** and **Google Meet** links when available.
* Export appointment PDFs.
* Send appointment reports by email.
* Search for an appointment by client information or appointment ID.
* Open signed appointment details and unlock them for editing when permitted.

## Before you start

* You must be signed in to Compassly.
* You must be able to open **Appointments** > **Client appointments**.
* Some actions only appear after you select one or more appointments.
* Some actions require password confirmation.
