# Files

## Purpose

Use the **Files** page to review files associated with a client, upload a new file, preview supported files, or unassign a file from the client.

## Before you start

* Open the client-level **Files** page.

## Important

* The current documentation set ignores file-label workflows because that feature is still being developed.
* The file list can include files assigned directly to the client and files associated through other client activity.

## Role differences

* **View file list:** Super Admin, Admin, Supervisor, Clinician, Basic
* **Add new file:** Super Admin, Admin, Supervisor, Clinician
* **Unassign file:** Super Admin only
