# Archive Maladaptive

**Audience:** Super Admin, Admin, Supervisor, Clinician\

## Purpose

Use this action to move an in-progress client maladaptive to the archived list.

## Before you start

* Open the client’s **Maladaptives** page and stay on **In progress**.
* Locate the maladaptive you want to archive.

## Steps

1. Open the row action menu.
2. Select **Archive maladaptive**.
3. Complete any required confirmation fields.
4. Confirm the action.

## Role differences

* **Super Admin / Admin / Supervisor / Clinician:** Can archive maladaptives.
* **Basic:** Cannot archive maladaptives.

## What happens next

* The maladaptive moves to **Archived**.
