# Medication Logs

## Purpose

Use **Medication Logs** to review the administration history for one client medication and update or reset log statuses.

## Before you start

* Open a client medication from the client’s **Medications** page.

## Important

* The log page is specific to one client medication.
* The date-range picker defaults to the past 7 days including today.
* **Update status** is used for **Not logged** and **Missed** entries.
* **Reset status** is used for **Administered** and **Not administered** entries.
* Batch update applies only to eligible **Not logged** and **Missed** entries.

## Role differences

* **View medication logs / add new log / update status:** Super Admin, Admin, Supervisor, Clinician, Basic
* **Download medication logs:** Super Admin, Admin, Supervisor
* **Update status in batch:** Super Admin, Admin, Supervisor, Clinician
* **Reset status:** Super Admin, Admin, Supervisor
* **Basic:** Add/update behavior may be limited to OTC or PRN medications by role configuration
