# View Client Medication Logs

## Purpose

Use this page to review all log entries for one client medication.

## Before you start

* Open **Medication log** for a specific client medication.

## Steps

1. Open the client’s **Medications** page.
2. Open **Medication log** for the medication you want to review.
3. Review the current medication status displayed near the top of the page.
4. Use the date-range picker to narrow the log period.
5. Use search, filters, sorting, and pagination as needed.
6. Open the row action menu to update or reset a specific log entry.
7. Use the page-level **+** button when you need to add a new log entry.

## Important

* A **Not logged** row opens **Update status**.
* An **Administered** or **Not administered** row opens **Reset status**.
* The info icon near the medication name shows medication details, schedule, and date range information.

## What happens next

* Use **Add New Log Entry** when you need a new log record.
* Use **Update Log Entry Status** for not logged or missed entries.
* Use **Reset Log Entry Status** for administered or not administered entries.
