# Download Target Skill Report

**Audience:** Super Admin, Admin, Supervisor\

## Purpose

Download selected target skill cards from a generated **Target skill(s)** report.

## Before you start

* You must already have a generated **Target skill(s)** report open.
* You must have permission to download target skill reports.
* You can select up to 40 target skill cards for one download.

## Role differences

* **Super Admin, Admin, Supervisor:** Can download target skill reports.
* **Clinician/Basic:** May be able to generate the report but may not see the download action.

## Steps

1. Open a generated **Target skill(s)** report.
2. Select one or more target skill cards.
3. To select everything in the current report, use **Choose all**.
4. Select the **Download** button near the top of the report.
5. In **Choose information to download**, select the file format:
   * **PDF**
   * **DOCX**
6. Leave the sections you want included selected.
7. Clear any checkbox you do not want included.
8. Select **Download**.

## Notes

* The download modal includes **Main information** and **DCM Information** sections.
* By default, all available items are selected.
* If you select more than 40 target skill cards, Compassly prevents the download until the selection is reduced.

## What happens next

After you download the report, Compassly saves the file to your device and keeps you on the target skill report page.
